Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Devansh Bhatnagar carries forward the distinguished 27-year legacy of Mr. Naveen Bhatnagar. A business professional with a strong academic background, he holds a BBA in International Business, a Diploma in Business Management from Narsee Monjee, an MBA from Chandigarh University, and a Certificate in Marketing from IIM Kozhikode. Prior to joining Glamour Realtors, he gained valuable experience as an Officer (Grade I) at Federal Bank.
With a vision to modernize operations, Devansh integrates contemporary marketing practices, data-driven strategies, and client-centric innovations — ensuring that Glamour Realtors continues to uphold its core values of integrity, transparency, and trust while adapting to the evolving real estate landscape.
Mrs. Surabhi Bhatnagar
Chief of Operations (COO)
Mrs. Bhatnagar is the heart of operations at Glamour Realtors, bringing over two decades of experience in leadership, coordination, and team management. With 20 years in the education sector and five years in real estate operations, she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s systems, processes, and client services.
As the supportive partner of Mr. Naveen Bhatnagar, she has been a guiding force behind the company’s growth. Her dedication extends beyond operations — she nurtures the company culture, mentors the team, and remains a source of wisdom, encouragement, and inspiration for the next generation.
Muskan S. Bhatnagar
Head of Human Resources (HR)
Mrs. Muskan Bhatnagar leads the Human Resources function at Glamour Realtors. A graduate in Marketing and HR from Delhi University, she began her career at Urban Company as a Client Handling Specialist, before moving to Airbnb, where she worked as a Team Coordinator and in HR.
As the supportive partner of Devansh Bhatnagar, Muskan brings a personal commitment to nurturing the company culture, building strong teams, and fostering a collaborative, people-first environment. Her role ensures that Glamour Realtors continues to thrive as a workplace where values and professionalism are at the core.
